Default Installed headers... Fan on all the time?

Hi all, I just installed my pacesetters today and they sound great and the car runs a million times better! I had a question though. Now the fan runs all the time and the temperature gauge doesnt work. I thought Id heard about the fan running all the time after people have done header installs but I didnt know why or how you fix it. and Im not sure why the temp gauge isnt working. any ideas? thanks!

Did you leave the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor unplugged? It's near the #1 exhaust port.
