correct cluster for 98 camaro?
I just purchased a 99(?) instrament cluster and it does not work? Are the 98 and 99 dashes wired the same? Would this

I think the earlier 98 clusters don't have the oil change warning lights. They also have correctly working temperature gauges.

The 1998 cars had analog signals going to the cluster for the gauges, whereas the 99-02 cars were a digital signal from the ecm, thus why the 98 cars temp gauge actually worked. The connecters are the same on the cluster, but the wiring is different.
