Cut out change of Tone I have a question about my cutout. It seems to always sound different it never sounds the same. Sometimes it sounds really deep with no rasp and other times it dont sound deep at all just real raspy. Seems that every time it gets real raspy its not as peppy and kind of sluggish. When its real deep sounding with no rasp it feels alot faster and it looks that I get better gas mileage. What could be causing this? Could it be a cat going bad?
