ya ull see about 15-25hp gain over stock motor. you won't feel much until u get a tune. my advice if ur gonna do internal work wait on the tune to save money. if ur just gonna run a bolt on car then get it tuned rite away. also depending if u run cats or no cats. with cats u see about a 5hp loss.

It all depends on setup and what mods you have. there is no set numbers and different headers work better with different setups.
For n/a LT is the only way - scavenging thats what its about.
For FI any tubular header, LT, mid or shorty - they all work with boost.
