Is it bad for the car to have no exhaust only Y pipe?

Well Im going to sell my exhaust and I already took it off the car, so now It doesnt have anything just the headers, Y pipe and thats it. So even is it got loud as hell is it bad for the car to use it like that?

With just a y it will not hurt anything driving it around town . It might smell like exhaust but you will be good . I had some duals that were dumped on each side pretty much under my seats and never had any problems with backpressure . It might pop or backfire a little if you let off the gas in the rpms .

Al long as there is around 18" of pipe past the o2's you'll be fine.

i was confused as **** too... until i scrolled down...
must have edited after he originally posted which i think can cause it to do that.... seen it happen before

...either ways there's many people running catless exhuast... i WAS one of them until true duals... you shed of weight and it sounds soooo much better
