Default Need some O2 help guys

My car is a 98 224 cam and long tubes. My 02s were being lazy and a little erratic at times so I bought a set of rear vette 02 off a guy on here that stated they had 8k miles on the clock. Well I just took the old O2s out and put these in and they are reading a constant 459 mv no switching at all. Before removing my old 02 sensors they were at least switching. Also the wires are not burnt and not grounding out already checked that. The engine sensor fuse is intact. Any ideas

Update just put the old O2s back on and they are switching and reading. Could it be that the vette rear O2s are bad

Check the fuses by the driver side door. Could be an injector fuse. We had this problem on a friend's 98 Z that we put an ls2 402 in.

The O2s i have in now are switching but barely thats why it needs new ones. The rear O2s are deleted and gone. The slightly used one i got are suposed to be rear vette O2s. What is the chance of both of the new O2 being dead with only 8k on the clock
