Muffler Case Size Affect on Performance and Sound
I'm trying to see if I can get a couple of Flowmaster 40 series mufflers to fit in a true dual application. They come in various sizes such as:
4" X 9.75" X 13"
3"X8"X8.50"
The 13" long ones would be too large, but I might be able to make the 8.5" ones fit.
My question is does the size of the case have any affect to the power and sound of the muffler?
