I purchased new GM metal gaskets. Stage 8 locking header bolts and 02 extensions. Pacesetter gives you the wire to do the extension yourself if I remember correctly.
Whatever you do do not use teh pacesetter gaskets.

I bought percy's soft aluminum manifold gaskets, caspers extensions and ss band clamps. Just got done installing them this weekend. Had to bang the y pipe for more clearance along with the floorboard right above the header collector flange. both on the drivers side. passenger side was great from the get go. no sawing the k member or block tab. slid right into place.

I bought new stock GM gaskets and bolts through a dealer online. It ended up costing me $20. I then picked up a set of Bosch oxygen sensors at a local auto store for $130. They have a higher wattage heater which often solve front O2 insufficient switching errors that come from LT headers. They also have a longer harness which eliminates the need for extensions.

New GM replacement gaskets.....I've heard of people reusing the old gaskets with no issue's though, but I like having peace of mind & put new one's on when I did my header install. I definately wouldn't use those crappy pacesetter gaskets though

i used the pacesetter gaskets but they werent paper they were copper...i hear some kind of noise in my engine bay and im wondering if there not sealed good. Any experience with these copper ones? Maybe ill jsut buy different ones so i have an excuse to take off my headers so i can swap my plugs.
