Default JBA Shorty Header Question

I just installed some 98-99 Camaro JBA shorty headers on my 2000 LS1 powered sandrail. Originally, I bought a used 1999 LS1 engine and smoothed out the stock 99 headers, cutting off and welding in the air tubes. The 99 engine had a bent valve, so I warrantied it with the salvage yard for a 2000 engine and kept the 99 headers. I have heard that the 2000-2001 stock headers added about 5 HP.

I went with the 99 shorties because they bolted right up to the short tail-pipe and muffler I already had.

Last summer, I added a 02-04 Z06 cam and noticed a gain above 4000.

Any idea how much HP I gained with the shorties?

The stock 2000 & up manifolds flow pretty well. But if you already have the JBA's, I just keep them.
