Keeo the cats. I have that setup without cats and its pretty raspy. It doesnt sound horrible, just not the best. It should be too bad with cats. And get ready for people to start bashing the LM, they always do.

Keep the cats in it. My 402 sounds mean as hell thru the qtp headers, catted Y and Lm.. but it is loud, real loud. I'll probably be taking the entire Y and catback off and doing something custom in hopes to quiet it down a little.. I haven't had a problem yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter if time before po-po gives me some **** for it.

It's not too loud for me, if it wasn't an issue of eventualy trouble I'd be leaving it alone.. I still may leave it for now. if I could find an slp dual/dual, I'd put that directly on there and not even think twice to be honest.

that combo will be very loud. honestly, some ppl can stand it, but my friend and I pretty much switched to quieter exhausts after a while.

don't get me wrong I love hte way my car sounds, when it just had the cam in it was loud, but not crazy loud... now with a 402 huffing thru it, it's a different story. Amazong what a few more cubes, and about 30 degrees more cam duration do to the exaust note LOL
