OK can a bullet have a 3 inch inlet/outlet and work with 2.5 piping?

OK can a bullet have a 3 inch inlet/outlet and work with 2.5 piping? Hey, just what the post says. I am going to be going 2.5 inch piping and i was wondering if the exhaust shop would be able to easily modify the exhaust to fit the 3 inch dynomax bullets? If not can someone direct me to a bullet with a 2.5 inlet/outlet?

The exhaust shop would have to weld on reducers, if they'd do that at all. Any of the companies that make bullets, will also make a 2.5 " variety of the same length most likely.
