Sweet Thunders vs. Single Chamber Flowmasters
Which one flows better? I know the flowmaster for the f-body y-pipe setup blows, but how about the single chambers? Has anyone ever heard sweet thunders on an h-pipe setup?

sorry guys....
what i meant was, i think youd be very happy with the sweet thunders...and how in GODS name could a swaure muffle flow better than a straight through bullet design...i just dont see that happening...soo, by the way, ive got an x not h...again for flow..soo
yeah if you wanna hurt flow a bit go flowmaster with H, i think we can all agree that an x pipe with bullet style mufflers will outflow the h and flowmaster...
hows that smartasses

Me and several of my friends have one chambers and one of my other friends had the tsp setup with sweet thunders.
1. Flows have a deep sound.
2. Sweet Thunders have a raspy sound.
3. Flows sound incredible under w.o.t.
4. Sweet Thunders sound awesome, but are ALOT louder.
5. Flows have a resonance at 1700-1900 rpm
6. The core in a 3" sweet thunder is 2.5" so it's flow limited by that.
The sweet thunders should flow better due to their straight through design, but i.m.h.o., 1 chambers sound better. I researched for about a year before going the true dual route and I am very satisfied. Good luck.
In car sound clip. 2000 SS M6, headers, 2.5" true duals, x-pipe, 1 chambers dumped.

In car sound clip, 2001 WS6 Trans Am A4. heads, cam, stall, headers, TSP true duals, sweet thunder mufflers.

Have you checked out the Classic Chambereds? Flow better than Sweet Thunder, and have an amazing sound.
