Check engine light.
I just recently put on LT'S and TSP TD's. They are the race style headers, no air/egr. I own a 02 Z28, I just put on my O2 sims and the light still won't go of. So I disconnected the Neg battery terminal and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then fired it back up and it is still on, Any ideas on what it might be? The car seems to be running really strong, I can't see any thing else wrong. SHould I just take it to a shop and have them put it on the computer to see whats up?

Likely it's the !air and !egr causing it.
Once you know the codes, you can look them up from the PCM section.

Another thing to consider is that the 02 sims are not working / causing to still throw a code. I know a few people and have read of a few who still get codes even with sims.

instead of pulling the batt terminal (which i don't think does much)..
reset the computer by putting the key in the ignition and turning it to the "on" position, and then removing the PCM BAT, PCM IGN fuses from engine bay. Let sit for 5 mins, turn key off, replace fuses, and then re-start car.
Probly the air/egr though..

That would be the AIR system.

The !air usually takes a little while to come on, it 2 weeks for mine to come on, so it's likely either the 02 sensor, or a sim is bad, but all of this is just guessing, get the code(s) scanned and then we can better help with the solution to whatever is causing the SES light

My SES light never came on for my !AIR and I drove around the '02 daily for 3 months.
Then I had it tuned out, so I never saw the light because of the !AIR mod.
This thread is really just hardcore speculation.
Get the codes scanned, that's all you can really do.
Don't fret over the sims being bad, it does happen but it's rather rare.
