Is it just the A/F mixture or are there other changes to be made? Thanks

i would say you will pick up 15 rw or so. usually after installation of lts you run pretty rich and only pick up a noticeable gain after a tune.

How much does it cost usually to get that stuff tuned up/deleted after a header install

I gained 9 peak HP on a mustang dyno, the curves look a lot better though. I picked up .2 and 2 MPH consistently.

Usually...any initial tune will cost around 450 to 500 dollars. After that, it's usually 100 to 150 for a re-tune after new mods are installed.

Delete any emissions **** that you dont want anymore, ie; rear o2 sensors, EGR, AIR. Adjust VE and MAF tables to reflect accurate airflow and get fuel trims into the -2 -3 range. Adjust PE table to command desired AFR at WOT. Disable COT. Also adjust limiters such as RPM's.

How much power you pick up, if any, is dictated by how the car runs before the tune.
