Default Stupid ? about removing fuel rails

How do I disconnect the fuel rails from the fuel line? There seems to be a clip holding the fuel rail in the fuel line that I cannot get undone. Is there a trick to this?

theres a release tool you need.
it slides into the stock fuel line connector, and releases the tangs holding it to the fuel rail.

the type of connector is called "quick disconnect" so if you get a "quick disconnect fuel line tool" from your local autoparts store, it'll work.
the size is 3/8s for the main fuel line.

there are two kinds.. the sissor kinds, and the plastic ring kinds. i prefer the plastic rings.

attached is a pic of the sissor ones, and a pic of plastic ring ones.

on either one, you slide it over the hardline, then slip it into the connector... then the connector comes off.
