Default Power Steering Pump

Power steering pump leaks when temperatures are about 40 or below outside. I have tried everything including replacing the pump (thought it could be the front seal as some fluid was present there) and all o-rings. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, where was it leaking? This is getting really annoying as GM engineers conveniently placed a reservoir of fluid directly over the alternator. Any help is appreciated.

It is possible, that since the resevoir feeds the pump via gravity, the cold oil flow down to the pump itself may be outpaced by the return oil flow back to the resevoir. This condition would cause an artificial over full condition in the resevoir. As far as how to fix it...dunno
