Default Intake bolt torque specs

Does anyone know the torque specs off the top of there head for the lingenfelter intake bolts? Im not sure if it matters but the stock intake torque numbers might work also. any would be appreciated

I believe the stock specs are 11 ft lbs first pass, 17-18 ft lbs second pass.

* Edit - Mitchell says 44 inch lbs first pass, 89 inch lbs second pass.

I just put my headers on a while ago and got mixed up.

i assume those numbers related to these...

Intake Manifold Bolts (First Pass in Sequence) 44 lb in
Intake Manifold Bolts (Final Pass in Sequence) 89 lb in

Oh i see inch lbs is a completely different torque measurement. It says on ls1howto that hand tightening then finally torqueing to 7 ft lbs. should work out with a RUBBER gasket. Do you think that would be fine with a paper one?
