Would it be possible to have 3-bolt flanges welded in between my Pacesetter LT's and TSP True Duals? If so, how much would it cost? Will the hangers still line up with the rear seat wells after this? I've always had constant leaks from that location and would like to get rid of them permanently. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe try an exhaust shop

Probably 10-15 bucks each to have them put in. The flanges shouldn't change the fitment of the exhaust if the guy has any clue as to what he's doing.
