Default Possible to Bend the AIR Tubes (Header Install)

Can I bend my 2000 AIR Tubes to fit on my MAC headers, or will I HAVE to buy the 98 AIR Tubes?
Just didnt feel like spending $100 if I didnt have to..

Thanks
Jeff

That is what I did on a set of FLP's. Go real slow and keep an eye on the pipe so you don't flaten it out. Good Luck.

I bought my 98 AIR tubes from the GM dealer here in town and paid less then $15 apeice for the pair..You might want to check the prices on the tubes from a dealer near you..

I cut mine and rewelded them in the right direction. I'm pretty sure that some folks have just put them in a vise and cranked it around 90 degrees.

I bent mine when I installed my FLP's. They bend pretty easy. I did use a 98-99 style EGR though.
