from being in the eastern section alot im surprised you didnt know this noyzee bc you know just about everything else... haha.. took me 6 on an fbody my second time and 4.5 on a 98 c5.. or you can compare it like this, about 25 cuts on my hands from an fbody and 6 or so from the c5.

The middle bolts on the header passenger side and dipstick is 10x easier with the c5, it took me almost an hour just to put the dipstick back on the fbody. Theres tons more up top room to work on the c5 and taking the fuel rail covers and the coil packs are a piece of cake because you can easily get to all the bolts.. If i remember correctly i did all bolts from the top, on the f body i did the back 3 on the passenger side from underneath which was a bitch squeezing my arm around the header and the back 1 or 2 on the drivers.. i also had to leave some spark plugs in and put others in after the headers on the fbody while all for the vette went in after the headers.

Matters what headers they are. Definitely not as easy as F-body's though.
