Default Best Headers

Which headers do ya'll think are the best?

I definitely want long tubes, thinking about FLPs, TTSs, or maybe Hookers(don't know much about these), my car is lowered(LG G2 springs) I will be running cats.

So, which do I get?

Thanks,
Chris

Have you considered Grotyohann?

Everyone I know with LT's has FLP or SLP.
Since your car's lowered, I'd go with FLP.
Some people have reported some clearance "issues" with the SLP's.

Yea clearance issues are a big problem with the SLP's

My car is lowered and I have the FLP's the only thing I hit is the Y-pipe...

They are defiently good headers though...

Grot's all the way. I just got some and they absolutely rock! The reason you dont see many is because they have been VERY hard to get. But I hear Thunder Racing has a few sets in right now if you want to get your order.

I have the Grotyohann headers and wouldn't have another set of long-tubes on my car. They rock!

Thunder does have 3 sets left in stock (1 2000 and 2 2001/2002 model) if I remember correctly. Call to verify this.

i must be an exception because i have SLP longtubes and ground effects and ive never had problems with bottoming out or the headers themselves hitting either....

Hey Chris, one of the guys in the club has TTS LT's, and his ground clearance is awesome. Now, the cats and y-pipe that come with these headers are kinda crap, but there are always wasy around that!

Yes they are, especially with a small cam or stock heads/cam car. I’m going with these. They aren’t “long tubes” though. They are mid-lengths (not to be confused with shorties)

I'm very happy with my FLP headers. Great ground clearance. I have pics of them installed on my car on my website.

FLP's, for performance, appearance, innovation, ease of installation, freedom to choose "cat or no cat" etc.. they cant be beat.

They have excellent customer service. They actually anser the phone when you call them. Email? the same. They take care of the customer.

Plus, and most importantly, my car freaking hauls ***.
