Let me know what you think!! Hey I was looking up some Head/cam combo kits on summit. And I was wondering what king of power gains would I see with this setup?
Total performance for your LS6.
These GM LS6 Series Stage II head and cam kits from Patriot Performance are a knockout combination to up your performance. The heads are CNC-ported, and increase the compression on a stock LS6 short block. Ideal for street and strip, these heads supply a good HP gains, and can handle blown or nitrous applications.
* New GM raw 035 casting
* Precision welded combustion chambers
* Heat treated to OEM specs
* 5 axis CNC machined
* Hand detailed and assembled
* Patriot stainless valves
* Bronze guides
* Patriot Gold .650 in. dual springs
* Titanium retainers
* 5 angle valve job
Combustion Chamber=59
intake runner 225cc
exhaust runner 83cc
These kits also include Patriot's own billet performance camshaft and shaft mounted roller rockers.
Camshaft specs are 226/226, .585 in./ .585 in., 112 lobe separation angle.
And how many of you would go a different route? and what route would you go?
I am trying to find the best bang for the buck, Cause shortly after x-mas I will be in the market to buying a complete h/c kit.
