PCM tuning is always a good idea, especially with bolt on's. Your Fuel block learn will compensate the best it can to accomadate the 90mm T/B, you notice some change!

a ported stock tb would be a good choice. best part is that it's free! or you can just buy one already ported and polished from several of the sponsors.

Does the 78 FAST show the sticking signs like the 90 does at WOT?

LS6 intake only has a 75mm hole in it. So therefore it's totally pointless running a bigger than stock TB on it.

Stock ported TB - see sig.

If you want 90mm then TPIS (a sponsor) offer on an exchange basis a LS6 intake which has been converted with a 90mm opening, either round or oval. You will need a new TB, TPIS offer 90m round and oval TB's.

These are proven to produce gains over a regular LS6 intake, but be warned they are pricey. If you don't have a LS6 intake then you'll have to buy it to exchange it with TPIS. This makes it astronomical in price.

The best 90mm setup is still the FAST 90 intake with a good 90mm TB (NW or PTM).
