Default relocating oil filter

The style headers on my car are extremely close to the oil filter. Who has relocated their oil filter & where'd you move it to? How much did it affect the oil temps after?

There is no need to relocate it.

You need to worry more about overall pressure drop with a remote system. I feal that outweighs any concern about temperature reduction. I would leave it alone.
