Dynatech has got a hole setup w/ LT's, high flow cats, y pipe, gaskets and bolts (everything u need) for around 1,400. Kinda of expensivem but it's also all stainless steel.

All O2 bungs are threaded. Don't waste your money on O2 simms and extensions. Instead of the extensions buy some Bosch 13111 O2 sensors, they are the ones used in the Corvette as rear sensor. They have higher voltage and prevent, in most cases, the Service Engine soon light that comes up if you use the stock O2s. It's always a good idea to get a car dyno tuned after headers, it will be good for at least 15 more rwhp and that way you can have the rear O2's eliminated.

I wasted my money on Extensions and O2 Simms....I wish I hadn't but at least now runs as it should.

Usually, an intial tune cost around $500.00. Any re-tune around 100 to 150.

damn i did not expect that. i cant really afford that right now on top of the headers/y pipe. will i still see respectable gains without the tune? also is the cut out worth it power wise?

A cutout is so cheap, there's no reason not to get it unless you don't want your car to be loud. You will still see gains from headers without a tune, it should run fine without a tune, but if you don't get it tuned, or don't have a programmer, you're going to have to spend the money on the O2 simms.

No you don't, just leave the rear O2 sensors unplugged. The only downside would be seeing the SES light every time you drive your car.

Well yes, I was kinda focusing on the proper way to do it so the SES light won't come on.
