Are pacesetters worth it? Or should i just save my money up for Kooks? Is there really any performance diffrence?

There was a thread about this earlier...but there is not much hp difference between the two. The Kooks are stainless steel i believe and the pacesetters are mild steel. Overall i think the pacesetters are the best bang for the buck!!
