What are my options? I have a 99 z and am looking to upgrade the intake manifold. i know the most popular is upgrading to a ls6. does anybody else have different experience or any other suggestions?

+1 on ls6 plus ported TB combo.
As far as who does the porting, I had mine done by Shaner because I didn't want to deal with getting a dremel and cutting down the TB and then sanding it. With core charge they are very reasonable.
