What Do You Think Of This Exhaust Combination
Right now I have a stock exhaust except for an e-cutout and aftermarket tips.
Here's what I'm thinking of doing:
- Pacesetter coated LT's
- Catted Y (because I have to get the car e-tested every 2 yrs.)
- Stock I (keep the cutout there)
- Magnaflow muffler
- Keep the tips
What do you think?

do you have to deal with a visual in Canada? otherwise your LT's wont pass either. what type of magnaflow muffler? ...the cut-out may benefit depending on the muffler restrictions

Sounds good. You'll be saving some dough going with the Magnaflow muffler instead of the entire catback, shouldn't cost you very much if at all either. When you have the muffler shop put in the muffler, have them replace the Ipipe with 3" piping also...shouldn't cost a whole lot more yet will flow better than stock.
Do you know what cats/ypipe you are going to run? If custom, go with the Magnaflow ceramic cats if you are on a budget, and the Magnaflow metalic cats if you can afford it. Otherwise should be a nice good flowing complete exhaust system.
