He was probably talking about the Moroso Spiral-flos or Pro-flo Twisters. They are both good, but if search around you'll find most people love 'em or aren't sold on the technology.

They're supposed to flow better, but I don't think it's catching on...IMO
I would assume they would be a little louder..?

i have the moroso and had it done with a true duals. i used to have a flowmaster muffler and it turned out to sound louder than the true duals. as for numbers i really never dyno'd so i dont have any but i did manage to drop from 13.7 to 13.5.

I don't have any before/after numbers, sorry. Interior noise isn't bad if you angle the dumps. I love 'em.

Dumped before the axle, if you angle 'em, put 'em out about 45 degrees AWAY from the center of the car. Almost like this: / \ but more towards the outside. Enjoy, you'll love them!

I have Spiral Flows over the axle. The Dyno says that it's the same power I made when I had dual cut outs off the collecter with a few more ft lb's(which shows that they flow prety well allready). However, my butt dyno says that it probably picked up a little more. The thorttle response is way better than I've ever felt, the car also spins the tires much harder even when I'm granny shifting. The car sounds great and feels great too.

In conclusion, Spiral Flows =
