depends more on how well the y-pipe tucks up. pacesetters tuck up pretty decent. I'd get a custom one with the flowmaster merge and see if that would help your clearance

My Pacesetter LT's have great ground clearance. Its the 3" ORY that causes some loss of clearance. I scrape mine in certain parkin lots, but its not bad. I need to get the mufflex bump stop hanger for the ORY so it will stop hittin the floor.

Exact same experience here. The actuall headers tuck up very nicely, its just the y-pipe that might cause you some problems. However, its pretty adjustable, so if you spent enough time underneath the car messin' with it I bet you could get it to tuck up pretty well. And +1 for needing the bump stop.

headers arent any lower than stock exhaust. y pipe is always whats low with pacesetters. dont buy the pacesetter y pipe, it just bangs the floorboard

I had the Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs on mine. My Pacesetters never touched the ground once, but the ORY scraped constantly. I knew it was low when I was scooping up pine cones. And +2 on the bumpstop... that thing was damn annoying on hard launches.

Hard launches?? ****, mine bangs on the 1-2 shift anytime I'm above 3000rpm...and since I have a 3000rpm stall, it get's extremely annoying!! Bump stop mod is next on my list.

I have very little issues with my ORY. It scarped the same as with my stock ypipe. I have the eibach sportlines in front and the prokit in the rear. As far as the banbing on the floorpan, the poly motor mounts took care of that...
