Default Cost for a straight ls1 swap?

Just wondering how much a shop would usually charge for a motor swap? A 98 ls1 camaro, and be installing another ls1 motor into it?

no idea. I did my buddys mustang for him it was really not that bad. Look in the conversion section or just call the dealer

Id probally say between 800-1200 labor not including parts
