Default Will a FAST 90/90 Help me that much?

I know people say that if you have a cam a 90/90 setup will help, however I have a small cam and I'm wondering if a FAST 90/90 will help me much and if so how much *roughly*(how much is the important part!). I have some Stage II P&P'd 241's with 1.6's and 2.02's and a TR 224/224 .563/.563 112. Is it worth the change for me?

Just stick with the LS6 intake. I have a big cam and I am going with a set of heads here over winter and it's a big chunk of change to drop on an intake.

I'd save a Fast for a big cube motor.
