Default ATI Superdampner Question

I was just wondering if I need to get a new / different crank bolt to run this pulley.

Yes, you need need a new bolt because the factory on is torque to yield. Yes the factory bolt will still work with this pulley. I hope that helps

Get a hold of the instructions and make sure you have means of meeting the interference fit requirement. I have one on the Vette and they require a 0.0007 - 0.0009" interference fit. This requires you have the tools to measure to 1/10,000". This is for the steel hub Vetter ATI pulley, not sure which one you are considering but make sure you look into this prior to purchase.

On a side not, I also pinned it. The ATI hub already will have a keyway cut into it and their pin kit is great. Lastly, once pinned, the ARP bolt is nice because it is not a TTY bolt but is rather tightened to 190 lb-ft using ARP Moly Lube on the threads and washer. Later removal is a snap. Make sure you build a tool for install as well, don't pull it on with the threads.

Can't find it, but Thunder and several others carry it. You can also download the ARP catalog and find it in there.
