Default Header has no threads on O2 bung? WTF

I bought a set of ebay headers and my passenger side doesn't have threads on the O2 bung. WTF?!? How big of tap do I need?

Glue it back together?

....another option would be to weld a new one in there.

Apparently you haven't witnessed the power of Gorilla Glue!

I'm going to buy a tap set in a few min.

I Disagree. The headers fit great. I didn't have to unbolt my steering knuckle or grind down my block tab. I'm guessing since your new you haven't seen the thread with the O2 Bungs on the wrong side on a set of Pacesetters?

Hit me up on AIM if you can.

Alright, Apparently there isn't enough room for the tap to work... (Tranny pan is in the way). I'm either...
A. JB welding the O2 on...
B. Drop the tranny pan to "maybe" be able to put more pressure on the tap..
C. Blowing up my car.

Anything wrong with JB Welding a O2 on? It's a new sensor so im not worried about it failing anytime soon.

Can't you unbolt the header and move it sideways to get more clearance to tap the bung...?

Use a crescent wrench on the tap instead of the T-handle tap driver.
