Default Vaccum Line-Wire Mod.

While doing the Wire mod yesterday, I went to disconnect the vaccum line that t's off over by the PCM so I could relocate the wire. While doing so, I went to pull the vaccum line off and bam, it snapped off and broke the plastic. Will I be alright just putting electrical tape around it and piece it back together or is that a bad idea? Any idea on what that line leeds too? Thanks guys!
