Default Cutout size for stock exhaust

I am going to get a cutout soon and I was wondering what size the stock exhaust is and what size I need to get. Trying to figure this out so I can go ahead and order one already.

Thanks for the quick reply. You think it would be any different for an electric one? I'm not gonna let them do the wiring...I just need them to weld it on.

the electric part just bolts on with 3 bolts to the manual pipe section that gets welded on....GO TO QTP website and look, since you seem confused.

Pictures and all! Thanks a lot. I was wondering how you hooked it up. Greatly appreciated.

I just went to the shop so they could look at the cutout and where to put it and they want to weld on reducers to go from the 3" cutout to the 2 3/4" stock pipe. I thought this could be just slipped over the pipe and welded on? or do you need to have the stock exhaust reduced to fit? I'm kind of confused and they say its going to cost around $100, and thats lower than originally because they know my dad..

1 3" cutout in the I-pipe right before it goes over the axle should be fine, it shouldnt cost any more than 50 bucks at an exhaust shop. Theres nothing special that is involved, just cut a portion out and weld the cuout in place...it should slip over the stock piping
