Default Vids: Actual cold start of my TD 1 chambers and !vac, LOL

Alright!!!! Since some of you complained about my cold start in Texas being it was 70 degrees. I have some new videos of it snowing while I start her up! It never snows in central TX, but today it did. I also unhooked my brake booster vacuum line to see how it sounds without cats now.

The system: Ebay headers, fake cats, H-pipe, over the axle out the back with 1 chamber flowmasters!!!

Cold start

! Vacuum hose

Thought I was the only one that noticed... at first I'd say cat is clogged, buuuuuuut there are no cats to clog. Sounds cool, I remember doing seafoam and listening to the car with no vacuum hose, makes me wish I was cammed

He did it to give a glimpse of what it would sound like with a cam.....pulling the vac hose creates a huge vaccum leak and makes the engine sputter & barely stay running, which slightly resembles the "loping" sound that cams with lots of overlap provide. You obviously wouldn't drive the car with the vac hose pulled.

It's not that it was 70 degress out before. A cold start means you haven't started the car in 12 hours or more, meaning the engine is cold, not the temperature outside. If I remember correctly, in your last vid, you started the car to move it out of your garage...then you turned your car off. Then you started the recording of the vid and started your car again...that's why it wasn't a cold start before.

Yea, I know that. It wasn't me tho. It was Jonas. My car is usually outside, but this weather made me put it in the garage. I hadn't started it for a whole day and night. Appearently ppl have a different definition on what a cold start means. I agree with you, but some seem to think it means that its cold outside. Well, I decided to video under both conditions!
