Would switching my SLP D/D with a Magnaflow muffler to something get me some hp? I was thinking about switching out my slp dual dual with a magnaflow muffler to something like a Borla, Corsa, or B&B triflow. I Have afr heads, fms cam and Kooks Lt's with cats. I dont want to mess up the sound and get rasp from a new setup cause I can say the D/D sounds great and doesnt have rasp. What do you guys think and I've thought about a cutout just sound too 4X4 truckish to me.

Keep the DD. You won't pick up much (if any) power and you'll loose your great sound.
My car makes 390-400rwhp cam only. Made back to back runs at the track, one through the DD, one through the cutout. Both runs had identical trap speeds/60'/ET, one was a whole lot louder than the other though.

The dual dual is one of the best flowing exhaust out there. I have a magnaflow on my TA and and dual dual on my SS. I prefer the dual dual 1,000,000 times
