What are all my options? I know about
  1. kooks
  2. QTP
  3. hooker
Are there anymore?

if your getting the 425c.i. setup id deffinitly go with kooks and there stepped 1 7/8-2 headers. i dont think anyone else makes headers as big.

You'll need a Tubular K-member to run those.

I have the Kooks 1-7/8" headers and their 3" to 4" y-pipe, had to grind the k-member to fit the passenger side, but now they fit awesome.

i dont have a tubular k member lol but i do have a nice sawzaw... barely had to cut anything off the k member, i'll put up a pic of the peices i cut out later -i also had to jack the engine up to get them in, but it wasnt hard..

I would go kooks 1 7/8 - 2 inch. I picked up a ton with these over 1 3/4.
