Default Where to buy pieces to make custom CAI?

I'm gonna be making a custom cold air intake for a friend's car and was wondering where the best place is to find the custom piping, elbows, clamps, and possibly even the filter for making one.

If it's a Z/28 I think you may not need as much hardware
as you think, but different. The air slot wants to draw
from above the divider panel, in the hollow nose space.
Problems are there is no seal against engine compartment
hot air, and the space is not well fed. But you can make
a baffle kind of like the FIPK setups have for keeping the
hot air aft of the bulkhead, and relieve the airflow in the
"nostrils" by carving out the styrofoam excess that you
can feel at the bumper. Then a reasonably cool air supply
will be there for the stock air slot.

Talking a piece of Home Depot aluminum angle stock
(or perhaps a fortunately-shaped plastic?) carved to
fit the underhood line, and a few minutes with a steak
knife.

This won't actually be for an F-body, but I appreciate the insight jimmyblue as well as the link.
