Default Gettin Off Manifolds!!!!!!!!

HOWWWWWW do you get off your manifolds....i see the bolts but as far as i know they dont make tools that like bend if 9000 places to get to some of these bolts(sarcarsm)...




Please let me know....im in the middle of installing my headers and i cannot seem to find how to get these manifolds off

10mm Swivel and 10mm Socket

That's pretty much all the sockets I used to take them off.

I used a 10mm socket and rachet.... Be patient, that is the key....

I had the luxury of air tools. I'd suggest removing the coils on the passenger side, the drivers side is easy.

if your having trouble, taking of the coil packs makes a hell of a difference. also a 10mm gear wrench is your friend.

simple.
1. remove the coil packs... you'll swear at that last bolt int he back.. dont put it back in when you're done.
2. take off the air tubes first, and move them out of the way.


you'll find that by doing those two things, you can now easily get to all the manifold bolts...
