Im was lookin for a shortblock motor and i have a 98 ls1 camaro, and i came upon a get great deal on a 02 ls6 shortblock, but im wondering if there will be any problems when installing it in my car? its just the shortblock and im putting my 98 accessaries on there. Should everything hook up????

The block really doesnt differ between all LSx platforms. They should all drop right in. You might want to consider looking for some heads as well if you are doing a new shortblock. 98 = the suck.

Now'd be the time to do a H/C swap. It doesn't get much easier than with the engine out of the car.
