If anyone has this set up or has herd it in person how does it sound? also is it pretty close to the sound in the video?

For what it's worth, the video sound is pretty close to what it is like in real person, but in person, it is much louder (at least it is to me). The mufflers are the 4" round (2.5" inlet/outlet) bullet Magnaflows - the part number for them is what is listed on ls1sounds.com.
If you click on any of the stuff in my signature, and go to my picture gallery on FQuick.com, you'll see some more pics from underneath of the entire setup. The same videos on LS1Sounds are also in my sig...
Any other questions? Let me know...I'm hoping to get some more vids once it gets warmer out. Those videos are about a year and a half old. Not much has changed in that time, but I'd still like to update them.

I think if I did it again, I might go with a larger round muffler (like the 6" instead of the 4" round bullets). I would have done the Borla XR1s, but they only do a 3" in/out in the kind I wanted, and I needed 2.5" back there (although I guess I could have just put an expander on each side to make that happen, but it was kinda tight back there as it was). The main problem I had is with incorporating it into the CME tips that I wanted to keep...it gives you a little less length to work with since the tips need to exit in a certain spot. I could have gone with some larger mufflers had I not been constrained by that.

I'd probably try to source some mufflers like the ones in the very back on that setup...I think once I get into engine mods, this system might be a bit too loud for me. Only time will tell though...

Another good choice would be oval mufflers from Borla or Magnaflow.

I went with the dynomax pro flo 6" round 3"in/out mufflers. sound very nice but clearance is tight. quieter than bullets but still loud and a good deep tone. sorry no sound clips though
