Default which mod to do next....?

I am looking at BBK tb, Z06 MAF, and a ASP UD pulley, wat do yall think. I have a 01 slp ss with long tubes, ory, and cut out. I'm going to get my tune tomorrow. Which should I do first, and what would I be looking at picking up the wheels with each?

Depends. Are you a 6 speed or auto? If a 6 speed, then I'd go gears. If an auto I'd go stall. Out of the choices you listed I'd go with the pulley.

With the z06 MAF, you'll need to update the MAF tables, which any good tuner should know how to do. The BBK TB will give you gains similar to that of a stock ported throttle body, which could be free if you do it yourself. Pulley is going to be good for 10rwhp, ported TB for 5-7, and the MAF won't give you anything.

You're not making enough power for the MAF to be a restriction at this point, and the car will run the best with the stocker. I say leave it alone (un-ported, and not de-screened either).

Stall is a MUST with an auto, along with a trans cooler. Gears in the rear end for a 6-speed car is just asking for problems. The t56 is a PARTS WRECKER.

I've got a 6 speed, and I'm going with a 12 bolt this year, so I'm not doing gears yet. I'd liek to get a shaner tb. Anybody have any other suggestions other than spray, cam, and heads?

are you keeping your ls6 manifold if so then why not just p%p tb. but i wouldnt screw with that after you get a tune. ud pulley is normally done when switching cams out. and your stock maf is just fine. becareful if you decide to spray after tune as well...they normally throw some timing in

P&P TB, maybe an FTRA or SSRA. You already have the LS6 intake so that helps.

There are plenty of people with gears in their stock 10-bolt with no problems whatsoever. As long as you are not drag racing it's not a problem. For M6, I would go 3.73 over 4.10, because 4.10s get old after a while, just too much shifting.

For the ones you listed, ASP pulley would be good, it's a solid 10 rwhp. Ported stock TB and ls6 intake manifold are meant to go together, they make a good combo.

You could also consider True Duals, like the Bassani True Dual kit. It's always nice to sound fantastic and make a little more power.

I say the P&P TB and crank pulley are 2 decent mods if you got the other stuff covered but skip the MAF for now

I would get a ram air kit, either the FTRA or SSRA. They really help out at the track. I would also get a P&P TB.

Yes, my times are on the stock converter and the stock 3.23 gears. Will be ordering stall and cam when I get income tax return in.
