what headers are legal to bolt on in california???

This has been posted a lot; the only LEGAL headers have a CARB/ EO number.
For these to be legal, they have to leave the cats in place, so no longtubes, and no mid-lengths will pass.

The only legal headers will be shorty headers. Pacesetters claims to have a CARB legal mid-length, but it's really not any longer than a shorty header.

And I agree with below: get the longtubes and make a new friend at a smog station.

Only shorties are legal in CA. But some places won't even know where to look for cats, but you take a chance running long tubes. However if you are running long tubes and are summoned to a test only station you are f*cked.
