I was just wondering if any guys in here are running MAC long tube headers and if they like them or not. i went to the performance shop near me and i told teh guy i was going to order pacetters but he said he has installed those on many cars and the fit wasnt that great. He said he installed the MAC headers on a feww ls1 and tehy fit perfect. Thanx guys.

Pacesetters are pretty decent for the money, mine have been on a little under 2 years and still work. Not that pretty, but they work.

**** SLP's stuff. pace setters you can get coated for 375 and a 500$ deal from a sponsor that has the headers and y pipe with the ceramic coating. they are known for an easy install great power and last a long time

I like my Macs just fine. But if your going to spend SLP money I would suggest Kooks or QTP's.

Yeah, its about that time for me to get my long tubes as well, i was considering the SLPs, but was not sure, i have always wanted the pacesetter's only because those are the ones i hear about the MOST for our cars, and they are cheap! if anyone has any INFO on that sponser deal that can get me tha headers and Y pipe for a good deal, PM me and let me know! thanx!
