Default Header install ???

i just installed my pacesetter longtubes and took the car down the road and dont feel like it has the power like it should. i have new plugs and wires dont hear a missfire in the exhaust, BUT i did put mt SLP lid on and when removing the IAT sensor from my stock lid i broke the guards around the IAT sensor does that have anything to do with my problem ???

Do you think the IAT is still operable? Do the wires looked ok and still attached? Does the thermistor at the tip of it still look ok? FWIW I didn't notice a huge gain(or at least not what I expected) after installing the same headers.

yeah everything looks good on the IAT sensor, just didnt know if i may have messed something up when i touched with my hands, Cars kinda feels like its breaking up higher RPM's. I disconnected the battery while doing the install, didnt know if that means the computer needs to relearn the system. I also delete AIR and EGR

i have a 1 chamber flowmaster dumped where the stock muffler is suspose to be. And it has got a horrible clapping sounds (like stright pipe) when you go full throttle, i wondering if im missing on a cylinder or if the long tubes made it change sounds
