What do you want? Lol, those two aren't even in the same league....get the headers if you want hp, and get the tuner software if you want to mess around with your tune (and you feel confident and comfortable doing so without messing anything up!).

the hooker headers are only 280, that noy bad at all, the y-pipe is 165 i believe, and i love how hooker headers tuck up, i have a lowered car, so ground clearance is an issue.

If you plan on doing significant mods down the road then I say get the HPTuners. Especially if you are patient and don't mind learning what all the different tables are for in the tune. I have it and tuned my car myself to get the numbers in my sig. I'm running a speed density tune (no MAF) as well as open loop (no O2 sensors)

I agree with Red99TA on this. Both will give noticeable gains, but after bolt-ons tuning is necessary with heads/ cam/ nitrous etc. I vote for the HPTuners. Just my .02. Plus, if you get good at it you could make a few extra dollars tuning other's so you can feed the habit lol.
