For a CA legal exhaust? Yes. Otherwise? No!
Why would you still want to run shorties? With shorties you are not going to dyno a whole heck of a lot, they don't add much if anything over stock. Long tubes are what you need to run.
But besides that, it's a decent combo. Should dyno at or near 325 rwhp.
EDIT: if you were running a CA legal exhaust, you still need high flow cats.

Did you already go with this setup...or are you just thinking about buying it.
Hopefully you have not bought it yet (no offense). There is not a whole lot of gains from shorties and the SLP y-pipe is not that great. If you have not bought it, then go with a set of Pacesetters and Hookers.....and a good y-pipe. Magnaflow catback is fine...good piece
