Default question about slp loudmouth exhaust

I am going to buy a slp loudmouth exhaust for my 01 z28 and I was wondering what kind of y-pipe I would have to get to go with it or if I could use the stock one on the car any help would greatly be appreciated.

You can use your stock y-pipe with the catback. Once you get headers then you would need to get a new y-pipe.

Yeah, keep the stock y for now. Which LM are you going with? The LM1 is one of the best sounding set ups with stock manifolds, I think.

if you plan on going with headers and a ory you may want to listen to the clips at ls1sounds.com it is extremley loud and truck sounding. but if you like it go for it
